Centroid: Automatic Tool Measurement
Tool measurement devices TT1 & TT2 (TT-1/2 = TT1 or TT2)
Set up your tools in a quarter of the time it would take manually! If you machine short-run parts, then you are
resetting tool heights for each new job. The TT-1/2 Auto tool units will save you tons of time and they will more
accurately set your tool height offsets. With either of these units you can machine more parts per hour since the
tool setup is so much faster. You'll also save time when you have to replace a dull tool with a new one in the middle
of a job. The TT-1/2 operations are completely automatic. Press "measure" and the tool will automatically touch
off the TT-1/2 and set the tool height offset of the tool library. Requires conductive tooling, spindle and table mounting
location.
